Policies

Your appointment is important to us at The Nook and is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget, change, or cancel your appointment without giving us proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the slot. Thus, clients miss out on receiving the care they need. It truly is a loss for everyone. To accommodate all our clients at The Nook, we have adopted a few policies concerning cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals. These policies are designed to benefit our clients and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service.

 

Cancellations

Please provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows the opportunity for our other clients to schedule. You are always welcome to gift your appointment to a friend rather than cancel. If you are unable to give us a 24-hour notice, you will be billed 50% the price of your scheduled service(s). This amount will be invoiced and due upon receipt.


No-Shows 

All no-shows will be charged for 100% of the service(s) scheduled. This amount will be invoiced and due upon receipt.

Late-Shows

Depending upon booked appointments, late arrivals may result in shortened or modified services. Upon arrival, your therapist will advise if modifications are needed or if there is insufficient time to perform scheduled services. Despite remaining available time, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
